I take my vitamins, eat an Apple in the morning and drink 3-4 cups of green tea.
If I keep myself busy I start feeling hungry only in the evening.
It's important that you stop stress binging or even doing it out of boredom.
Rather unfortunate that you took up cigs and stimulants only to quit them while also calorie restricting.
It's probably still doable if you take a smaller dose, forget about food and cigs.
Maybe try eating only when the meds wear off, so you feel slightly less like a suicidal zombie.

Very true.didnt sleep last night thanks to the adderall. crushed up the little beads in of the 15mg xr pills to make it an ir and took it 50 mins ago, starting to feel it. hoping ill be able to sleep tonight...

i think youre right. what makes this difficult is that adderall just feels so fucking good when you abuse it (im using the term lightly here) so its hard for me to want to lower my dose and miss out on a chance to get high. it was the same way when i was given painkillers after surgery.

i think this is the best thing for me to do, ive also heard magnesium is supposed to help if you take it on the comedown. i just dont wanna deal with feeling more suicidal than usual when the adderall wears off.
